Patrick O'Neill

Patrick O'Neill brings LeConte Realty’s clients the benefit of a wealth of experience in the real estate industry.  At the age of 16, he helped in a family-run real estate management company and from 1988-2001, worked as a Commercial Real Estate Management Associate.   In 2001, Patrick became licensed as a residential Realtor and has worked for Weichert & Coldwell Banker before joining LeConte Realty. Currently Patrick owns and manages his own properties in Bergen County NJ.

Patrick has also spent 19 years working as a technician for a fortune 500 company in Englewood, NJ.  He was responsible for the technical aspects of military aircraft and managed complex company projects.  Because of his technical experience in one of the most demanding industries, Patrick provides LeConte Realty with high end client services and the attention to detail needed when orchestrating a real estate transaction. 

Patrick’s education and credentials are very impressive.  He is a member of the New Jersey Association of Realtors and a member of the National Association of Realtors.  He is a licensed airframe and power plant mechanic.  He also graduated from the Teterboro School of Aeronautics and he is a Master Auto Repair Technician.  Patrick understands the importance of finding the right real estate agent when you are focusing on a financial investment as substantial and as personal as your home.  He believes in providing detailed communication, and understands the personal nature of real estate.

Patrick was born and raised in the Bergen County area and currently resides in Bergenfield.  Living in Bergen County for over 45 years, enables him to provide clients with invaluable knowledge and insight into the northern Bergen County area.

In addition, Patrick enjoys going out to eat and has traveled extensively, visiting interesting places such as Aruba, Jamaica and many states in the US. He is very proud of his 2 sons in College.  One of his sons plays college football for James Madison University in Virginia as a freshman.
