Training

At LeConte Realty, we give you the training and tools necessary for you to be successful.  We provide a variety of training techniques to ensure that you will be a top producing agent.

Mentor - You will be assigned a mentor who will provide on the job training.  They will assist you on aspects of the job such as appointments, open houses, and negotiations.

Classroom training - We give our associates training in a classroom setting as to how to use our systems and how to complete paperwork and contracts.

Video training - Our agents receive frequest videos on training tips and changes in laws.

Sales meetings - At LeConte Realty we hold round table sales meetings where we share our experiences and offer advice and sales tips to each other.  We have a very team - oriented environment.
