We will show you the best furniture plan for your home.  Proper placement of furniture will make your home feel larger and accentuate the positive areas while down playing any possible negatives spaces.

Paint Color.
There is nothing more effective than a fresh coat of paint to refresh a space.  We will make paint color suggestions that will enliven your home but still be neutral enough to have broad appeal.

We will prepare furniture plans for the entire house and estimate furniture rental costs.  This estimate will also include area rugs, art and accessories.  We will also make suggestions for window treatments.  Once a budget is decided upon we will work with you to identify your target market and stage the home appropriately.  We will handle all the rental and installations details for you.
