
Sharon Marinaccio brings LeConte Realty's clients the benefits of a diverse background
with more than 15 years of business and real estate experience. Before
joining LeConte Realty, Sharon spent almost a decade in the investment banking
industry as a Vice President for Citigroup, responsible for 50+ employees and managed complex firm projects throughout North America
and Europe. As part of senior management in one of the most demanding
industries, Sharon provides LeConte Realty with high end client services and
the ability to drive initiatives to ensure results.
As impressive as Sharon's business background is, her first hand real estate
knowledge is extraordinary. At the early age of 22, Sharon purchased her
first property in Edgewater and become a landlord for the next 10 years.
With a BS degree in psychology from the University of Delaware, exceptional
business success, as well as personally investing in real estate, working as
a Realtor is a natural fit for Sharon. Understanding the psychology of an
important life decision, like buying and selling a home, is just one quality
Sharon brings to her clients.
Sharon understands the importance of finding the right real estate agent
when you are focusing on a financial investment as substantial and as
personal as your home. She believes wholeheartedly in the unique, personal
nature of real estate. Her clients have seen that revealed in how Sharon
follows through on promises, as she carefully guides her clientele through
the many steps and decisions along the way.
Sharon was born and raised in the Bergen County area and currently resides in Woodcliff Lake with her husband Michael, an Investment Banker in NYC, her three children ages 9, 3 & 1 and their golden retriever. Living in Bergen County for over 35 years, enables her to provide clients with invaluable knowledge and insight into the northern Bergen County area.
In addition, Sharon and her family enjoy the summer months at their vacation home near Long Beach Island, NJ. Sharon has traveled the world extensively and has studied in Costa Rica, enjoys photography, skiing and enjoying time with her friends and family.
