Susan LeConte has more than 15 years of real estate, general management, and transaction experience in real estate and retail industries. Within the last 5 years, she has established LeConte Realty and has been a Sales Associate of the leading listing agency in the state of New Jersey. Earlier in her career, Susan was the Controller of a luxury retailer, and a tax accountant for Merrill Lynch. Susan's broad experience helped to build her generalist approach to managing and cultivating The LeConte Group which is the umbrella company of LeConte Realty and LeConte Financial Services.

Susan's strengths include analytical approach to properly pricing properties for a quick and effective sale. She is an expert business planner who has reviewed and built countless successful marketing plans, for exceptional properties to rentals. She complements the depth and breath of her experience with wisdom, enthusiasm, energy, and a positive, make-the-sale attitude.

Susan is an invaluable resource for planning and executing diverse real estate transactions. She has successfully sold over-listed exceptional properties, has marketed and has negotiated various types of residential and commercial properties. Susan has closed numerous acquisitions, handling the purchase/sale agreements, performing due diligence in closing the transactions, and assisting in the structural review and legal integration.

Susan has developed expertise in building and maintaining diverse professional relationships. She is particularly skilled in dealing with sellers. She has served on Real Estate Committees and has made countless presentations to them, leaving her extremely comfortable with sellers, buyers, and investors, especially at the negotiating table. She is also accomplished in building solid and effective relationships with attorneys, insurance agents, inspectors, and other real estate agents.

Susan earned her undergraduate degree from Rutgers Business School in New Brunswick, NJ. When not working, Susan enjoys time with her family in Long Beach Island. She is an avid traveler who has visited many places around the world and has seen most of the US. Her husband is a high school special education teacher and she has a 3 year old daughter.

Susan assisted in our vacation home search on the Jersey shore last year.  We spent one entire day touring more than 10 homes before we made our decision.  Since we only allotted one day to tour homes, Susan made the day easier by previewing many of the homes that were on our list.  This helped prioritize our day extensively.  She educated us on the different styles of homes and types of sales we may be facing including foreclosures, short sales and estate sales.  This information was very valuable to our decision making process.

We decided on a home and put in an offer that same day.   The negotiating process took almost three weeks with unforeseen contingencies, furniture and inspection wars.  Susan was very hands on providing updates practically hourly and making phone calls on our behalf to Realtors, lawyers and surveyors for updates.

Susan is an excellent Realtor who handled the purchase of our vacation home like a pro.  She has her clients best interests in mind through the entire process and never gives up during a tough negotiating process.

Susan helped me buy my first home a few months ago and made the experience very enjoyable.  She picked me up and took me to the houses and also revolved the showings around my schedule.
